Massachusetts Transportation and Climate Initiative
The Massachusetts Clean Fuel Standard (Massachusetts CFS) would authorize the Massachusetts Department of Transportation to promulgate regulations to reduce the CI of transportation fuel providers by 80% from 1990 levels by 2050.
